The staff were exceptional and pleasant, gave us great tips. The breakfast had plenty of eggs and bacon.- The location was marvelous and decent and in front of a park and a lake.

This was the first time we had used Village Inn after many visits to Te Anau, so didn't know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was more than we expected, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and this was definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in. We have spent more than 40 nights in hotels / motels around the country this year, and Village Inn was definitely one of the better ones we have stayed in

We really enjoyed this place, it's nice and simple. The breakfasts are good with tomatoes and bacon, for example. We would have stayed for longer, outstanding value and a marvellous location.

The breakfast here offers a variety of options, including yogurt and eggs; the location is conveniently close to Te Anau Glow Worm Caves.

Not so much, room was very tiny and uncomfortable.

The room was small and there was not so much vale for the money spent.

The hotel was quaint and comfortable, with courteous staff. We got room with Colonial decor and a good size bathroom to relax.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the double room. the bed was comfy. - the room came equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. - the location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Te Anau Glow Worm Caves.

Very clean don't think we have ever stayed in such a clean Motel, it was very good value for the price. Upgraded the breakfast very nice, quite helpful service.

Could have a little better lighting for reading in bed. And, carpet seemed to be aging a bit.

The resort does not have a lot of facilities itself but is the gateway to tours into the surrounding spectacular lake and mountain country.

The rooms at The Village Inn Hotel in Te Anau are spacious and warm, with super cozy beds, a handy work desk, coffee and tea available, and a TV. It's located right in the shopping area, close to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful lake.

We had a very spacious room with kitchen facilities and ensuite. Lovely and warm, peaceful and quiet. The staff were great friendly and helpful Would definitley stay there again.
